Located in West Michigan, Melanie is a talented and engaging dementia educator and speaker, who has trained and coached hundreds of healthcare and community professionals in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care® (PAC™).

Skilled in utilizing the the Adult Education Learning Cycle, she incorporates a variety of modalities to make learning fun and memorable.  Each session focuses on:

• practical, real-world skills

• helping your team understand changes in the brain

• how to respond in ways to strengthen connection and reduce distress.
