Cognitive Assessment and Recommendations
  • Concerned symptoms you are experiencing may be related to dementia or other neurodegenerative disorders?

  • Receive a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) administered by a trained professional to share with your healthcare provider

  • Discuss recommendations and ways to support brain health​

DAA is a place to connect, form friendships, exchange ideas, learn, and create a better community in which to live with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI).

Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care® offers two free events designed for people living with brain changes:

1) Brain Connection Café: filled with fun activities to "exercise our brains" (available weekly, online)

2) Let's Talk with Teepa: an open forum for sharing successes, celebrations, frustrations, or challenges (available monthly, online)
